Will Love2Scoop® clean my entire yard?

We will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.

Do you provide your services all year around?

Yes! Love2Scoop® provides dog waste removal services year-round at all of our locations. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. In locations with snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.

How do you ensure the safety of my pets?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Love2Scoop®. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take a picture of your closed gate and send it to you when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard. Also we ensure that all our employees are background checked.
How much does it cost?

Love2Scoop® has service plans starting as low as $70 per month. Pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. All prices are based on 1/8th of an acre yard size with one dog. Please add $5 per week for every additional 1/8th of an acre and $5 per week for every additional dog.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.

How do you dispose of the pet waste after clean up?
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. We will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.

Can I request a specific cleanup day?

Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.

Do you provide arrival windows for services?

No, we don’t provide arrival times for our services. We work like garbage trucks, providing you with a date but not the time of service. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time the day before services are completed.

Will you notify me in advance on the day of the service?

We’ll send you a notification text 60 minutes before we arrive and an email once the job is done, ensuring you’re informed at every step of the process. You are not required to be at home during cleaning as long as we have access to your yard. We respect your privacy.

Our highly trained technicians follow thorough cleaning protocols to ensure nothing is missed. Our team members will also walk your yard multiple times to ensure your yard is thoroughly clean and free of any missed dog waste.

How will you clean my yard?

What about bad weather?

We will come and work through the cold and rain. However, if weather conditions are extreme (i.e. heavy snowfall), we will abstain from services and pull the double duty next week.

What if I need to pause the service?

We will pause services as per customer requests. We can only pause services for a period of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30-day period, you will be removed from the schedule. First time clean up fees may apply in case you choose to restore services after a pause that lasted more than 30 days.
