Terms of Service

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to dog waste
removal services from Love2Scoop®.

  • TERMS OF SERVICE (revised 2/12/21)
    Love2Scoop® is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we”
    or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses and
    commercial properties, you agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern
    the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services you hire
    us for, you are bound to these Terms.

    The customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on
    weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard which is your own responsibility,
    and other unknown outside influences.

  • DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE
    Love2Scoop® offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services.
    These services include One Time cleaning, Weekly Cleaning, Every Other Week Cleaning,

    Monthly Cleaning and Seasonal (Spring) Cleaning. All pricing is based on an area size of

    an 1/8th of an acre and one dog.
    Larger areas and a greater number of dogs will have an additional charge.

  • ACCESSING YOUR YARD
    The Customer understands that if Love2Scoop® can’t access the area
    needing cleaning due to locked/blocked/frozen gates or dogs in the yard, the scoop will
    be skipped and charges will still apply. Love2Scoop® suggests adding gate
    combinations or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates. If your yard is skipped,

    we promise to do double work on the next cleaning scheduled.

  • WEATHER
    Love2Scoop® will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely
    do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high
    winds, extreme high or low temperatures, flooding or an accumulation of snow.
    Love2Scoop® is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds
    for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore, in these cases, we will skip service for that
    week, and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued as we still have to
    pick up all of the poop that would have been scooped the prior week. If you need the
    area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best
    to accommodate. Additionally, we do not want to tear up your
    yard in any way. If it is really muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next
    scheduled visit when things have dried out.

  • HOLIDAYS

    Love2Scoop® does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day,

    4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If your service

    day falls on one of these days, we will do double work the following week. There are no refunds for

    a missed cleaning. We still have to do the work and pick up all of the waste from the week prior.

  • BILLING
    Customer credit card information is stored on file. Love2Scoop® pre-bills monthly for our service.

    Your account will be charged on the 1st of the month for service.

    If your card is declined, we will immediately notify you of non-payment and discontinue service

    until the issue has been resolved. If non-payment is resolved after 30 days and customer wishes

    to continue services, first time clean up fees may apply.

    We will pause services as per customer requests. We can only pause services for a period

    of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30-day period, you will be removed from the

    schedule. First time clean up fees may apply in case you choose to restore services after a

    pause that lasted more than 30 days.

    If payment becomes more than 30 days late, Love2Scoop® will turn your account over to collections.

  • LEAVES, DEBRIS AND TALL GRASS
    We will always do our best to clean your yard the best that we can. We understand that
    maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The
    customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a
    yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be
    some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get
    anything that was missed if yard maintenance is complete. If you find an excessive
    amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible at
    customerservice@love2scoop.com.

  • PRIVACY POLICY
    We may collect personal information from you personally or through any digital

    communication with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided by you and

    may include information such as your name, email address, phone number,
    and physical address. We also may collect general information about the service you
    are requesting, such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and
    number of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior.

    We collect information about you in order to provide you with our services. We use
    personal information about our users for a variety of purposes related to our business.
    Your information is for Love2Scoop® use only. We will never sell or share your
    information with third parties.

    We may provide user information to third-party service providers or vendors for
    purposes of, including, without limitation, processing your payments or sending
    information to you, data tracking, maintenance or development of our System. We may
    also share your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in
    response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to
    establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise
    required by law.

  • REVISIONS
    Love2Scoop® provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms,
    which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Amendments will be
    effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website. We recommend you
    visit the Sites to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our
    Services shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms. Some of the
    provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or
    notices published elsewhere on our site.

  • SHUT DOWN
    We reserve the right to shut down operations fully between Christmas and New Years Day. You will be billed at your normal monthly rate unless you scoop your yard fully during our shutdown.
